Write for Us
CSR Connect accepts guest contributions from CSR professionals, sustainability practitioners, NGO leaders, ESG consultants, and researchers writing on corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability, nonprofit management, and social impact. Articles must be original, at least 1,200 words, and reviewed by our editorial team before publication. Pitch details and submission guidelines are below.
Why Write for CSR Connect
Our readers are the people who run and fund CSR programs — corporate CSR teams, NGO leadership, ESG consultants, HR and sustainability managers, and social enterprises. A guest post here puts your work in front of that audience, with a byline and author bio attached to your name.
Contributors get an attributed author profile, a link to your organization or personal site, and standing content that stays live and discoverable long after publication — not a one-off social post.
Topics We Cover
We publish on five broad areas. If your article fits within one of these, it’s a good candidate:
- Corporate Social Responsibility — CSR strategy, project management, compliance, reporting, and case studies from real programs.
- ESG & Sustainability — environmental sustainability, carbon reduction, circular economy, SDGs, ESG reporting frameworks.
- NGOs & Nonprofits — NGO management, fundraising, volunteer programs, capacity building, social innovation.
- Education & Healthcare — CSR-funded education and skilling programs, rural healthcare, public health campaigns.
- Environment & Social Impact — waste management, water conservation, renewable energy, DEI, employee volunteering, impact measurement.
We’re less interested in generic overviews of these topics and more in specific programs, data, and lessons learned — pitch us something you actually know firsthand.
Guest Post Guidelines
Originality. Articles must be unpublished elsewhere and pass a plagiarism check. AI-assisted drafts are fine as a starting point, but the final piece needs real human editing — not raw AI output. We check for this.
Length and quality. Minimum 1,200 words. Use headings to break up sections, back up claims with sourced statistics where relevant, and keep paragraphs short. We’re not looking for promotional copy — write to inform a reader who already knows the space, not to sell them something.
Images. Original photos, infographics, or charts are welcome, and a featured image is optional. You’re responsible for confirming you have rights to anything you send us.
Links. One nofollow link to your organization or personal site is allowed in your author bio, plus contextual links to authoritative sources within the article itself. We don’t accept links to gambling, adult content, CBD, payday loans, or crypto promotion (educational crypto content is a case-by-case exception), and we’ll remove links that don’t serve the reader.
Author Bio
Include a 50–100 word bio with your name, organization, and a short professional background. A LinkedIn link, personal site, and headshot are optional but help readers place who you are.
What We Won’t Publish
We pass on submissions that are plagiarized, AI-generated without real editing, thin or generic, written as a sales pitch, previously published elsewhere, factually unverified, or off-topic for CSR/ESG/nonprofit/sustainability audiences. Submitting an article doesn’t guarantee it’ll run — every piece goes through editorial review, and we may request edits or suggest a different angle before publishing.
How to Submit
Send your draft, a 50–100 word author bio, and any supporting images info@csrconnect.org. Our editorial team typically responds within 5–7 business days.
